Hi, I’m Isabella (MA, AMFT #158658). I'm glad you're here!
My therapy focuses on helping teens, adults, and couples develop a clearer sense of identity, strengthen how they communicate and connect in relationships, and move through life transitions with more intention, empowerment, and stability. I also support individuals navigating anxiety and the complex demands of performing at a high level, especially in the realm of professional sports.
I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have built a strong foundation working with children and families at Counseling Partners of Los Angeles. While I love living in LA, I’m a Chicagoan at heart (Go Cubs!). Outside of work, you can usually find me reading, baking sourdough, binge-watching bad TV, and spending time with my dog, Moose.
My approach is grounded in genuine collaboration, curiosity, and evidence-based care. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, no matter how heavy or chaotic your world feels. I see therapy as a space where you can gain clarity, deepen your understanding of yourself, and build a stronger sense of agency. If this feels like a good fit, I’d love to connect.
I'm looking forward to connecting with you!
